NOVUS ORDO Denial recovery for Idaho behavioral health practices
Meridian, Idaho · Serving the Treasure Valley

The insurer denied it. We get it paid.

Behavioral health claims are denied roughly twice as often as general medical claims — and about 60% of denials are never reworked, because nobody in a busy practice has hours to fight Magellan, Blue Cross, or Regence. That unfought money is what we recover.

Most denials are the payer's error — expired authorizations billed anyway, telehealth modifiers, Magellan routing. They get overturned when someone sends the correct information back. That's the whole job.

How it works

01

Free denial audit

You send your last 90 days of remittances (EOBs/ERAs) through a secure, HIPAA-compliant link. You get a report showing exactly what's recoverable, claim by claim, and which appeal deadlines are about to expire.

02

You approve, we fight

You pick which claims to pursue. We correct, resubmit, appeal, and follow up with the payers — in your practice's name, with your sign-off, under a signed HIPAA business associate agreement.

03

Paid only on results

Payments flow straight to your account, exactly as they do today. We invoice a percentage of what actually lands — nothing recovered, nothing owed, ever.

The terms, in plain English

Pay on results only. No retainers, no subscriptions, no setup fees. Our fee is a percentage of recovered money that has already reached your bank.
HIPAA first. A business associate agreement is signed before a single document moves. Patient information never travels over plain email.
Conduct guarantee, in writing. Every payer-facing communication is professional and accurate. If anything we send ever embarrasses your practice, that recovery is free.
Founding practices: half fee. We're new and building in the open. The first five Idaho practices get the founding rate locked for two years, in exchange for honest feedback.
